“The food flask is a good size and does keep my lunch warm until lunch, it would have been nice to get a plastic spoon or fork with it but that only because I hate the noise metal makes on the inside”

It will look better and last longer than my usual lock and lock box, that quickly discolour and look unappertising .
Really does keep food/drinks hot or cold and it doesn't leak.
