“Excellent food flask have used it for day trips when there are no places to get hot food. Kept the food piping hot i filled it with boiling water for 20 minutes prior to use then filled with food.
Would highly recommend if you go on long hikes ideal.”
“Pretty colours .Does not keep my soup hot despite pre heating with hot water and heating the food. I read it should be full to keep food hot? I’m not using twice as much as I need as that doesn’t make sense? It’s no good to me.”

Unfortunately, the Food Flask does need to be filled to get the best heat retention out of it. Apologies for any confusion caused.
