“The flask isn't as great as I had hoped it would be, as the bottle is fantastic. The actual product is made well, not sure about the plastic bowl, which sits on the first screw lid. It does screw down and isn't very big, so cannot use it as a bowl. The food was moderately warm after 7 hours. Would have hoped for it to be a little hotter.”

“Love it. At the moment its full if salad and grains. Keeping them chilled until lunch. May try hot meals in winter. Along with my Sho bottle, perfect lunch.”
