“I bought a sho food flask in orange. It looks great and seems to be good quality. Very impressed. However, I bought it to ensure I could prepare my own food to take to work as I am on a mission to lose weight. This means I am also trying to control portions and not over eat. I've found the flask only holds its heat well when filled almost full. When full my food has been piping hot. 1 portion for me though only fills it around half full and even after2-3 hours the food has cooled. Great product but to suit my lifestyle I would prefer a smaller version.”
“The flask isn't as great as I had hoped it would be, as the bottle is fantastic. The actual product is made well, not sure about the plastic bowl, which sits on the first screw lid. It does screw down and isn't very big, so cannot use it as a bowl. The food was moderately warm after 7 hours. Would have hoped for it to be a little hotter.”
