“I have been out on a hike in the snow today and after many hours sat down for a piping hot lunch from my 600ml SHO flask, have been delighted with this product! It is perfect for avoiding spending half your lunch break at work in the queue for the microwave, and does a great job keeping a hot meal ready to go in the bag if you are out and about for the day. I have also been extremely impressed with the SHO team customer service; after losing the rubber o-ring for the lid of my new 2.0 drinks bottle, one of the team sent me out a replacement for free in the post within 48hrs to avoid me needlessly throwing away the old lid and having to buy a new one. It's great to find a company who takes pride not only in the quality and longevity of their products but also in having such great and responsive customer service. Thanks!”
“Sorry but I used this for the first time today and was disappointed. I followed the instructions and filled it with boiling water while I heated my soup. The soup was piping hot when I put it in.When I opened the flask at lunchtime the soup was only warm, rather than hot. Such a shame, it doesn’t perform any better than my £5 vacuum flask from Tesco. I Had high hopes for this, sadly I don’t think it is worth the money”

“I really like this company , you get great customer service and the water bottles fantastic. I’ve tried the small food flask and the large food flask. Contacted customer service over issues . They responded brilliantly, supplied new ones. Unfortunately the flask doesn’t work. I’ve not had a hot meal , the best luke warm. Would highly recommend the water bottles .”

“Love my new flask I've just had a operation so I knew I'd be on cruches for a while so my flask has had soup in I've even used it to put my tea in because of lid it was easy to carry with my cruches keeps it really hot looking forward to using it on picnic in the summer love it”
