“This is a gorgeous looking flask, however it doesn't keep food hot despite pre warming it with boiling water with the lid on for over 15 minutes. Filled at 8am and luke warm thick soup which was previously thoroughly heated up in a pan by 12.30. I have used it twice with the same results. A bit disappointing.”
