“The concept and the look of the flask are great. I have found that although following the instructions of putting boiling water in for 10 minutes to heat the flask then heating the food more than you ordinarily would so that it keeps is temperature is not really working. 5 hours later at lunch the food is just warm.”

“I don't know why but I trusted the opinions that your thermoses are really good and I was disappointed because they don't keep the heat, the food gets cold very quickly, unfortunately I unnecessarily ordered 4 of them for the whole family and we tried them all and unfortunately we were disappointed I would gladly give them back to you”
