“Love this food flask in a sunshine yellow to match my SHO water bottle. Great quality and easy to clean. Perfect size for a hot lunch. Only issue i have is with the spork! Being left handed i quickly realised the design only works for right handers. Whenever a slight bit of pressure was applied to the spork I found it collapsing on me :-(”

“I was really looking forward to receiving my flask and after following all the instructions, I filled my food container with homemade soup and went off to work. I opened it up at lunchtime only to find the food lukewarm at best. I tried it again the following day and filled it with a can of soup only for the same to happen. I contacted customer service with whom I confirmed I had followed all the instructions (pre-warming etc) and was told that the problem arose because the food hadn't fully filled the container. There was literally 2cm void and I wasn't going to open another can of soup to fill it! I have another brand of container which doesn't have this issue so not sure why this one did it. I haven't heard anything from the company since my second message. Disappointed.”
