Long story - Nice looks but food needs to be*really* **really** nuclear to be hot at lunchtime (writing this after I pre-heated with boiling water for 15mins, emptied then added my throughly heated up chilli - this was merely warm about 6 hours later). I couldn't have the grated cheese that I'd put in the little pot in the lid as that had well and truly melted - I'd need to use that for some sort of cheese pellets / space food.
On the other hand the pots look nice and seem well made.
In summery, I'd take being whelmed at this stage.”

Unfortunately, due to the nature of a vacuum flask, the food does need to be put inside as hot as possible as it will gradually lose heat over the 10 hour period. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
The condiment compartment isn't insulated against the food in the main compartment so you do need to put something in there you don't mind getting a little warm :)
Despite this, I'm pleased you're otherwise getting on okay with your Food Flask.

“I'm over the moon with my food flask that I currently use for my homemade porridge that I take with me in the morning on the days I go to the office. It keeps my porridge perfectly hot and I love that little folded spoon which surprisingly become a normal size tea spoon once unfolded! I love it!”

“Lovely design! Disappointed with the product soup just warm by lunchtime despite putting boiled water in for 10min prior to soup & heating it up hotter than normal. My husband also tried it as I was going to order one for him but he didn’t find it hot enough by lunchtime”
