“Brilliant , I love it , bought to use for work , I take soup , which I put in there at 7.15 in the morning and I have lunch at 1 , and it’s lovely and hot

“Beautiful design, not hot as advertised food is luke warm despite following the instructions. 10 hours is a massive over estimated time.
It's warm at 4 hours and tepid by 5 hours.
For the price I do expect better.
