“I cannot get my food to stay hot until lunchtime despite following instructions with pre heating flask with boiling water for at least 10 minutes and heating food until very hot, filling to the top and having no gaps. Food is lukewarm (5hrs since making it) Because of this and trying with different foods, I have stopped using this product as I find the results poor.”

Thanks for your review - this doesn’t sound quite right.
As long as the Food Flask is being preheated, completely filled to the top and the food is put in as hot as possible, it should be keeping your food hot for up to 10 hours.
