“Love the bottles! Just bought a food flask, as a convenient test I found I couldn't fill it to the top with soup as there wasn't much left ! It was still warm enought to eat after 1 pm if it had been full to the top I'm sure it would still have been piping hot. Fabulous as usual.”

“My daughter loves the flask and water bottle. Perfect for college. They have replaced previous cheaper buys that weren’t up to the job. Definitely worth paying more for a great product. She’s really happy with them. And she likes the straw on the bottle which she usually hates so that’s a bonus too. Thank you”

Hi Julia, Thanks for your review. I can see that you've been in contact with our customer service team regarding your Food Flask. As explained in their response, the Food Flask does need to be filled to capacity for it to work its best. I can see that you have not been completely filling it so it's not been keeping your food hot for the 10 hours advertised. Apologies for any misunderstanding here. Unfortunately, as you have used your Food Flask, we are unable to accept it back for a refund due to hygiene reasons.
