“Sadly I’m very disappointed with the design of the lid on my mug! I would presume as a mug to keep things warm it would be for travelling about!… which would mean a closed lid? The hole in the lid does not close and so the contents spilt all over my bag and car. Also being so flat and metal on top it burns your lip as the fluid comes out. Such a shame as the mug itself looks a lovely design and obviously isn’t cheap. I’m going to enquire if you do an alternative lid. I may even ask to return it, as it’s not practical and most likely won’t get used now sadly.”

I'm ever so sorry for any confusion caused when ordering the Calix. Unfortunately, at the moment it's not leak proof but we are hoping to release a spill proof lid in the near future.
