“I'm disappointed that the sip hole does not cover as this makes it difficult to carry without risk of spillage and my drink does not stay hot. I assumed the hole would be covered by twisting the lid. Cup looks lovely but is not very functional.”

“The lid gets so hot that I burn my lips then by the time I can eventually drink my tea it has a horrible taste! Very disappointed with this cup.”

“I bought the smaller Pacto 360ml cup and the taller Calix 500ml cup, both are tested and fab, highly recommended. Kept my tea or coffee hot for ages, actually burnt my mouth a couple of times as thought there was no way it would still be that hot! Perfect for teachers, the cup has a lid so nice and safe, and it keeps that cuppa that you make in the morning hot until you get around to drinking it.”
