“This was my second product from SHO and after a perfect first experience I was expecting more of the same. Unfortunately, the Calix is disappointing when used for hot drinks. The metal lid gets to the same temperature as the drink inside meaning it is dangerously hot if you put hot tea inside. Also the drinking lip is poorly designed meaning that you have to be very careful and concentrated when drinking to avoid spillages.”
