“Very happy with the cup. After reading various comments on internet I top up drink with cold water. However I have an issue with the metal lid the same as many people. I also don’t find the positioning of the sipping hole very comfortable. I will be seeking a different lid”

“My Calax cup has spilled soo many times since having it! Why is there no way to close this cup? Or is it me? I also emailed to ask these very questions and I’ve had no reply! “Although this does exactly what it says, I'm a bit gutted about a few things.
1) the lid is metal-gets hot with hot drinks inside.
2) no closing lid
3) the lip to drink out of if difficult
4) there is a hole for a straw I believe, but If you blow in the lip hole to cool your hot drink, hot steam comes out the straw hole and hits your face.
I think I'll stick to me £1.99 bamboo travel mug.”
