“Wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy it. Lid has no insulation and it burnt my lip. I wrote to customer service about it and instead of sorting it out they said I was using too hot a drink and wrote me a long email as to how I should make my drinks. Thanks for the advice. I am not having a hot drink for the first time and have used several different travel mugs before.”
