“Amazing cup. I am a Teaching Assistant looking after Key Worker School group. I make my tea at 8 am. It is still drinkable by lunch. I can make myself another at lunch and it is still drinkable at 3pm. By drinkable I mean hot!

“Whilst it looks nice, its really not practical. The drinking hole DOES NOT SEAL therefore I consider it dangerous if knocked over while containing hot liquids.
The customer support was inadequate; whilst offering a full refund as I had unused it, they would not cover the postage despite me saying it was potentially dangerous and unfit for purpose.
I have previously bought 2 x SHO bottles which is was very impressed with but this experience has left me unwilling to purchase from SHO in the future :(
In the end, I didn't return it but I sold it on Ebay.”

Thanks for your review.
Returns postage isn't covered on an item that isn't faulty. The Calix is an on the go coffee cup meaning that it's not meant to be leak proof or left in a bag ect. It's no different in design to the cups you get in coffee houses (starbucks, costa etc) apart from the fact it is insulated and reusable. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
