“Average cup, lid doesn't shut fully as the seal doesn't seem robust and seems flimsy. Doesn't hold drinks hot as long as advertised even if I pre-warm it. Big downside is it isn't leakproof. Somewhat disappointed”

I also find the shape slightly too wide to hold comfortably with one hand.
