“This is my 3rd SHO product I must say it’s best suited for cold drinks as the lid get too hot for my lips. Again as someone who is always on the move it will be great if the lid slit cld be close and open as my previous 2. Apart from these it’s a well made and the built is great”

“The mug is very good, the lid leaks and its very poor and not fit for use. It does say on the website in the small print but should be made clearer. Don't order until lid is improved”
