“I bought the calix cup for work. It keeps my coffee very hot despite the holes in the lid. I was a little disappointed to find that the lid is not fixed. It is loose so coffee could easily spill. I’m hoping SHO make a fixed lid in the near future as it’s not easy to use as it is when out and about.”
“I absolutely love this. I use it every morning for my protein shake with the straw lid. They taste so much better cold and this has helped this. I always wash it out and fill it up with water or diluted juice after and it encourages me to drink more water which is something that I have always struggled with in the past but is important now. Especially with the warmer weather. Lovely for the garden too. No flies in my juice. It also fits in my car cup holder for little journeys and I’ve since bought another colour aswell”
“I was very disappointed to find that the metal lid burns your lip unless you have lukewarm tea in it. I drink green tea and had to have half boiling g water and half cold to be able to tolerate the lid against my lips. Also very annoyed that Sho take no responsibility for this and refused a replacement as I had use it... I did get NHS discount but item is only useful for cold liquid. I have placed trust in the company and bought a sports bottle and fortis cup, which I have had to buy the plastic lid to tolerate hot green tea..... don’t buy the Calix if you enjoy a hot drink! Sorry as the products are beautiful”
