“The lid/straw was very difficult to drink from. After contacting SHO they advised to use a pin or needle to puncture the plastic gromit at the top. This didn't work so they did send out another one. Unfortunately this had the same problem. I ended up using nail clippers to clip the bottom off the gromit. It works now but does leak!”
