“I love the deeper colour of this bottle, and the base is more stable too. The wide neck means it's easy to fill and also comfortable to drink out of.
Manufactured ice cubes go in very easily (although the ones I make myself in the ice cube bags need a little help). Even if I leave it in the car on a hot day, the liquid inside is still nice and cold hours later.”

However, because I rinsed out my bottle as instructed on their instructions, they refused to take it back, even though the finish on the bottle was irritating me. IT HAD ONLY HAD A SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER IN IT!! I ended up having to keep it, so I had to give it away to someone else. The product itself is adequate, they say it is leakproof, but it's not 100%. There have been minor leaks, but not enough to overly worry about, but this along with the poor customer service, just means I can only rate my experience as "POOR". I did however, order another one as a gift for someone else (they asked for one), who seemed impressed with it.
All I can say is, don't believe their worthless guarantees.”
