“I purchased a 500ml "Elizabeth Olwen colour haze" bottle as I liked the aesthetics on the website images. I still own a 750ml silver SHO bottle which I've used for over 2 years now. I wanted a bottle which was more portable for work. However, I am very disappointed that the bottle I received did not match the image on the SHO website.
The bottle I got has a sickly bright neon yellow for the lid whereas the advertised picture shows a deeper honey colour. The blue on the bottle is also washed out and purpleish, whereas on the website it comes across as navy.
I decided to order the bottle directly from SHO, the delivery came late (which wasn't too big a deal for me). However if I wanted to return the bottle I would have to pay for postage and packaging myself. This whole experience has left me regretting not ordering from amazon where the return process would have been significantly easier.”
