“I purchased 2 kids bottles, 1 dinosaur and 1 unicorn and loved them instantly and my girls love them too which is the most important thing. I also purchased the straw lids which were brilliant but unfortunately both the little stoppers have fallen out of the bottles so have had 2 soaking wet bags. Will have to use the screw lids from now on which will make life more difficult with a 2 & 3 year old drinking from them without spillages. Overall really recommend the bottles, and would purchase again but disappointed about the straw lids breaking after only a couple of weeks”
“I ordered the children's dinosaur bottle with the straw lid. It arrived quickly and looked great!
Unfortunately the straw lid didn't work as well as I expected. I emailed customer service to se if this was a common fault and without even asking they offered to send a replacement straw lid which I was very happy with. This also arrived quickly and worked perfectly.
My son loves his new bottle and I cannot fault the customer service.”
