“The mouthpiece doesn't work when you such nothing happens I've tried the straw in the other bottle I bought and that works so it must be the mouthpiece”

“The bottles are lovely and have great designs but I’m not sure if the straws are too long or something but my kids can’t drink out of them. It’s like the straws are blocked (but they’re not) Really disappointed”
