“Have tried to return but due to poor customer service I have not been able to, so I am left with a product that I will not be using. When I informed them that the Kids Bottle leaked, they responsed that they could not accept a return as it had been used. How would I know it leaked if I hadn't used it? Would not recommend and will not be using again.”

The only part I don’t like the straw is not fully covers when pushed down so this means it’s not fully protected getting dirty”
“When the straw is open the bottle leaks if tipped up. Really poor design. Discussed with customer service who said that's just the design. Awful product for.children who might not close the straw after every use and may knock it over or tip it up because water goes everywhere”
