I'm really sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the engraving.
Unfortunately, because of the curvature of the bottle and the equipment used, our engraver only has a small space to work with (the same width as our SHO logo) so they will fit the text to that area as big as possible but they won't be able to make it larger/smaller upon request - my apologies for this!
