“The example picture of the engraved bottle clearly showed the name in a clear space on the bottle. However, the bottle that we have received has the engraving over the top of graphics, and not in a very contrasting colour, so overall the engraving is nowhere near as clear as it was shown on the example.”
“Surprised that the engraving was not level, informed this is due to the font that is used and not as shown on the website. A replacement was delivered 2 weeks later however which ended up being a belated leaving gift for a work colleague”
