“Engraving is not visible! Beautiful bottles. I purchased three bottles all personalised. My nieces and granddaughter all loved their bottles. My issue is the engraving is at an extra cost which is fine, however the engraving is in an area where is not visible clearly. This is such a shame and could be such an easy fix.”

I'm really sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your bottle.
Unfortunately, the patterns can disguise the engraving slightly due to all of the different colours on the pattern and because of the curvature of the bottle and the equipment used, our engraver only has a small space to work with (the same width as our SHO logo) so they will fit the text to that area as big as possible but they won't be able to make it larger/smaller upon request. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
The dimensions for the bottle was also listed on our website. I'm sorry to hear that it was too small for your little one.

“Letters are very small and the colour I chose is not very visible. A bit pointless to be honest. I appreciate I chose a colour other than black but had the letters been bigger you could have at least seen the name clearly. As it is it may as well have been left off”
