“I ordered the Delux Men's "Michael" slipper mules in my partner's standard size, a U.K. 8, because the majority of reviews suggested that the sizing was fairly accurate. Unfortunately the slippers were significantly smaller than expected and had to be returned just before Christmas. The customer support was excellent and the replacement slippers arrived promptly. The replacement slippers were a U.K. 10 and the fit was good. The suede mule slippers look great and the quality seems excellent with a thick and fluffy sheepskin lining perfect for the British winter! The only reason I scored this product as 4 stars and not 5 was because the sizing wasn't as accurate as I had hoped. Great value for money.”
