“Ordered this in March and was delivered in April. We paid extra £795 for proffessional installation. After the shed was erected by their installer, I noticed the summerhouse doors had big gaps down one side. Shed door was warped, some of side timbers are so thin you can see light through them, the fascia boards are all warped and don't meet properly, nails sticking through doors, door sill and window frames, holes in side panels, panels don't meet properly so you can see daylight through (and water comes through) installer has nailed felt on but instead of nailing into cross members has nailed straight through roof panels, now the rain leaks through! I've been trying to sort out with the supplier and installers but up to now we have wasted 3 days after receiving emails and texts confrming deliveries and workmen that didn't turn up or workmen turning up with no parts to do the repairs! These sheds are extremely poor quality, and the after service is disgusting! Avoid these at all costs, don't think you are getting a bargain because you're going to get a load of trouble. I'm still waiting for one of the suppliers managers to contact me to tell me how they are going to put things right. Summer will be over soon!”

“The Summer house with shed is a lovely size, it does take 2-4 people to build it, but the instructions were not the best, it would have been better if the pieces were labelled so you knew which piece was which but we had to measure every piece to ensure we had the right ones. We ordered the extra strength floor support pack. Other than that I am looking forward to being in the summerhouse for the hot weather and warm evenings.”
