“I really want to give this shed a 5 but much of the wood was warped and my hubby had a right old job putting it up. The floor is impossible to get level too. Apart from that the summer house itself is great and looks fab. We used black wood paint which makes it look classy.”

“I ordered this summerhouse at the end of May 2020 and received it on Monday 6th July - which is understandable in the midst of a pandemic. The parts were all left on my drive which we carried through. We worked on this all day (serves us right bi fold doors!) all was going well until we came to the roof. Support bars, support blocks and braces all missing. Lucky my uncle is quite handy and made us some supports for the rest I will be phoning up for. For £850 i'm sorry it's just not worth that. It doesn't feel very strong at all. Very flimsy.”

“Keep in there folks - They are they, they are working and keeping a smile on. I placed an order over the bank holiday weekend. I have been trying to call yesterday and today to make some changes but kept getting disconnected and website was a bit jumpy. Whilst this made me nervous I persisted with the telephone and eventually did get through. I was instantly relieved that a cheerful lady picked up and asked what she could do for me. After I quizzed her about my worries about the company just taking my money and breaking communication, she was very pleasant and said that it is simply being overwhelmed with us isolated humans ordering tonnes and tonnes of garden stuff. My mind has been put instantly at rest and my order is still on track. Keep in there folks as they seem to me to be completely legit with many great reviews before Covid 19 and this is just a demand issued. They are they, they are working and keeping a smile on. I'm a genuine customer ;)”
