The Hartwood Pressure Treated Overlap Pent Tall Garden Store has a roof height of just under six feet, making it perfect for keeping long handled gardening tools, children's toys or folding furniture neat and tidy. The store can be situated near a back door or will look great on a patio. The traditional design features certified sustainably sourced overlap timber boards and Shiplap Tongue & Groove front panels with double doors. The timber is pressure treated to protect it from the elements and comes with a 15 Years anti-rot guarantee. The clever design means the pent roof can be assembled to slope either way depending on your preference or position in the garden whilst the high quality mineral felt covering keeps the unit weatherproof. The floor is mounted on pressure treated bearers that raise the unit off the ground to keep it dry. The plate hasp and staple fastening allows the store to be kept secure with the additional use of a padlock. Hidden door hinges also provide additional security.

Where to begin?! Lead times - ignore them. Ordered at the start of August so I had plenty of time to construct over my school holidays, arrived 5th September. First contact to chase was rather dismissive with me. Second contact didn’t bother to read my email correctly. Let’s talk construction. Instructions are terrible. Nothing is labelled so you need to measure everything to make sure it’s the right screw length timber length etc. sections are combined together instead of being clearly stepped. Screws seem a little light on the ground so we added our own to make things more secure. One panel we had was missing nails as the nail gun had clearly run out and no one had noticed. All in all it’s a cheap shed which will fit its purpose but a disappointing lead time - just tell me it was going to be 5 weeks - and you need some knowledge of how things go together to be able to make it as the instructions are just laughable.

Perfect for a small space, who needs to walk into a shed anyway?

Shed was easy to erect and looks sturdy. My only criticism is the roofing felt is very thin and rips easily

The shed looked nothing like the picture even the picture on the pieces when it arrived. Very poor quality wood (very cheap feather board). Some of the wood was warped and the hinges, screws were very poor and difficult to use as they were such a soft metal even using a screw driver was difficult. Hard to judge a product when the picture shows sanded good quality wood and you actually don't get that for this product. It's too much of a faff to return but very disapointed.
