The Loxley 8' x 8' Ashwater Summer House is a beautiful summerhouse with the glazed front providing lots of natural light. There are double doors giving easy access for your garden furniture and imagine dining here with the doors thrown open to enjoy your garden. The Loxley 8' x 8' Ashwater Summer House has opening windows, the number determined by the building size so please look at the plan drawing provided. This lovely garden room is constructed from high grade 12 mm pine shiplap boards over sturdy 34 mm x 34mm framing. The floor and roof are 12 mm T&G with mineral roof felt provided to complete the roof exterior. The windows and doors are joinery made quality and of a storm resistant design. Interchangeable side panels so the window can go on either side. The Summer house is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat to your choice immediately on installation; this could be a paint or a stain. Assembly instructions and a fixing kit are included. Imperial dimensions are approximate to the nearest foot; please refer to the exact metric dimensions in the data given. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and access for installation and painting. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

“DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY I have given a one star review because the set up with this company is complex and the product I was supplied with was not quality first as sold but seconds. With this website you are not buying from Sheds.co.uk but a company called Sixty Stores who then use a third company to manufacture( I use that term loosely) their products. If an issue arises they pass you around not realising you will see the same email address appearing. I bought a summerhouse. All aspects of the company were informed that there were issues. The faults include, flimsy wood, knots out of the wood, creaks in the wood, bowed sides, poorly fitting roof and my favourite the outside in door. A list of faults and photos were submitted. This was ignored A formal letter of complaint again with the list of fault and photos was submitted and ignored. A letter before action was submitted and responded to in that they wanted a photo of the final product. Which now was complete due to a lot of extra expense, resources and stress. I referred them to the letter of complaint and list of faults and photos. At this point IK was accused of lying saying that as I had not sent a photo of the completed build I must have made it up and was happy. This company claim that by signing to say you have received the goods, they are perfect but do not tell you to have a carpenter/joiner with you so they can measure all the parts for accurate manufacture. The reality is that under the Consumer Rights Act I am entitled to a reduction in the cost. This company does not have the respect for its own business to ensure customer satisfaction and do the morally correct thing.”
