“Ergonomically very comfortable. I love the aggressive lumbar support, although won't be to everyone's preference. Adjustable arms are not level at their maximum height. Mesh seat took a lot of getting used to and sometimes produces a numbing sensation in the legs after a prolonged period of use.”

Thank you for your product review James, I am very sorry that this has only achieved a 3 star rating. I will feed back to the manufacturer regarding these two comments, and will ask that they look into the height difference for you, and I will have some new armrests shipped out at the earliest opportunity. With regards to the MESH seat, it is indeed not to everyone's taste, and this is why the i29 also comes with the Cushioned seat option: https://www.shape-seating.co.uk/product/i29-mesh-back-office-chair-with-cushioned-seat If you think this would be more to your taste, may I offer to change the chair for you to the cushioned seat once the current lockdown restrictions are eased?
