“This is an absolute life-saver on a TDR (all shakes) plan. The only thing with a hint of glorious spud in it. Really easy to expand and customise with extra veg (celery, onion, spinach), and to spice up with harissa, zhoug, barbecue seasoning and plenty of white pepper ... or parsely, rosemary and thyme, and a bit of wholegrain mustard, if you prefer a more traditional taste.
I've had one of these every day since I first discovered them - and think I'll keep a box in, as my low cal go-to, for after this diet programme is over.”
