“In comparison to the other shakes, this one makes the top 3 for the taste alone. I'm quite a fussy eater and I don't enjoy many flavours, so this one is a safe bet for newcomers and fussy eaters alike. Its actually enjoyable to drink and for me, satisfies chocolate cravings. Its very similar to the quality and taste of the Cambridge shakes and can put your body into ketosis just the same. Its filling and gradually sees your body through to the next meal. There are no hunger spikes and these have aided me in easily losing 2 stone in 2 months”
