Check the weight, protein, carbohydrates and fats on an ordinary packet of crisps. These are low fat low carb high protein snacks.

“I personally don't like these, they are quite bland in comparison to the BBQ zippers but are ok if you have nothing else. I will most likely not be buying them again.”
