“Second time using these for 2 weeks. We ordered strawberry, vanilla, chocolate and banana. All very nice. Combined with a light evening meal (shake at breakfast and lunch) and minimum carbs in between I lost over half a stone in 2 weeks last time I lost a stone! They are NOT 30g of carbs per meal as some other reviewers are claiming. More like 18g per meal when combined with unsweetened soya milk. I don’t usually like soya milk but the flavour of the shakes totally hides this. I will buy again later in the year.”
