Hi Pierre, Thanks for your review. You chose the shipping option "Parcelforce Euro Economy (Ex. Duties)" - meaning you chose to pay the duties yourself. We have two shipping options to France "Parcelforce Euro Economy (Ex. Duties) or "Parcelforce Euro Priority (Duties Paid)". Because you chose the ex. duties option, you decided to pay the duties yourself. If you had chosen the duties paid option, then we would have paid the customs fee on your behalf (for a slightly higher shipping fee)
