“Food great but I’m having problem with late delivery because for some reason my payment method needs to be verified, even though I’ve already used it. I got an email asking me to click on a link to verify my method. I would NEVER do that, but there is no obvious facility on your website to verify my details and no phone number either. I’ve messaged but not received a reply. Now I have a hungry cat and am trying unsuccessfully to source Scrumbles locally.”
“Fawkes loves the salmon and chicken flavours (especially if we mash it a little with a fork) but he does not like the tuna one so we may have to stop buying the multipack. They do seem to fill him up much better than any other wet food we tried.”
