“My cats will usually eat absolutely anything. I’ve never found a brand they won’t eat, until now. This food seems very dry which I think is the issue. It’s very tightly packed into the tin, almost vacuum packed, and I end up getting bits of it everywhere when I’m getting it out of the tin because it’s so dry that it doesn’t come out easily. If I add extra water to it, I can sometimes persuade my cats to eat it but they’re always hungry again very soon afterwards.”
Hey Catherine, thanks for your review. I'm sorry we've not won over your floofs tastebuds. We recommend transitioning over a period of 12-14 days to help get your little ones accustomed to the new taste, texture and smell. Some cats are fussier than others and may be reluctant to change if they’re new to a recipe. To help get them tucking in, here are a few tips you can try:
• Add a tablespoon of warm water to biscuits or gently microwave wet food to help release the aromas.
• Use a combination of wet and dry food to offer different textures and tastes.
• Switch up the way you serve their food.

“Smudge loves the food and I think it is a reasonable price for the quality. I buy the boxes of 78 at a time and I find that in around 5 cans per batch the ring pull comes off which makes the cans harder to open. Other than that I am happy.”
“Love the concept of the high percentage of meat/fish & what seem like ‘healthy’ ingredients. Good variety of flavours too. Unfortunately my kitties aren’t that keen, so sadly lots of waste.
I’ve also noticed the texture changes significantly when wet. It’s _very_ mushy, & not what I’d expect from a higher end product containing high natural meat / fish content? I found this a bit confusing.

“Moved my boy off blink due to continued tummy issues, since moving I’ve noticed better stool deposits and increased energy! It was easy to set up the subscription which is cheaper than blinks largest box and easy to change dates. Also I can recycle the tins in my wheelie bin (blink provide you a bag to send packets back to them but it smells even if you wash them and you have to wait for bag to be full before posting)”
“We wanted good quality food for both our cats. I am happy with both what is in the tin but also what isn't in put into the tin. Both our cats enjoy their wet food and are looking good.”
