Hi Stephen, thanks for leaving your feedback and we're very sorry to hear about the delay. We aim and achieve the majority of our orders to arrive in two working days, so this isn't definitely isn't reflective of the speedy delivery we strive for. I can see the hold-up was due to DHL holding the order, and my colleague has sent a replacement. Apologies again for the delay, and we can't wait to see what your pooch thinks on the 1st of December.
