“Maisie and Winnie are big fans of Scrumbles! After looking up ingredients in dog foods to find one which was a healthier alternative dry food I found Scrumbles. And I’m pleased to say both of my little fur babies love it! Maisie now runs to scratch and at her bowl every evening demanding her dinner.”
“I bought a 2kg bag which my pup ate fine so ordered 15kg. But the next bag of food my pup wouldn’t go near, it was a totally different colour. Contacted yourselves through email but this was a slow process, explained and was asked to send pictures. Apparently Scrumbles technical team could tell from one photo alone everything was fine with the food. I requested a prepaid returns label as it clearly wasn’t, but was told I had 14 days to return and at my cost. Fair enough I would rather lose out on £8.20 than £55, but to be told I only had 14 days, your response time is the slowest I’ve ever come across and your customer service doesn’t seem interested in the problem. The food was returned to you on Monday but I’ve had to send an email today (Friday) to chase up my refund.
I will avoid at all costs and if I was reading this as a customer I would think again about this food and company!”

“My 8 yo Maltese unfortunately has lost all his teeth and seems to have developed a sensitive stomach an extreme case of fussy eating as he is getting older. Initially moved to trial Scrumbles as the size of this food is perfect for him but noticed straight away that once slightly softened with water he seemed to wolf it up without any usual prompting! He also hasn’t suffered with any stomach issues in the months we have been using so extremely pleased with the food.”
“Was struggling to find a dog food for my 6 month old Lab Pup. Even though she is definitely not fussy and will eat anything, other kibble was giving her very loose stools!!! Scumbles has turned out to be the solution. Thanks guys”
“The food itself was fine and delivery was great but it didn't suit my labrador puppy. We got it in the hope it would firm everything up on exit, so to speak, which it did. However it was the only thing that we changed and he ended up drinking double (if not more) than usual. Which meant he went from needing to go out every 2-3 hours, to every 45 minutes to an hour and had loads of accidents. It really wrecked his house training progress, we took him off the food and he's now back to pre-scrumbles water levels. So unfortunately I wouldn't recommend and we have loads left.”
