“My young cat loves scrumbles.....he even seems to prefer it to raw chicken!!! A little seems to go a long way, and I will not change to another brand. However, the biscuit size has become smaller....why is this? They are so tiny now, he just swallows them whole. I think it's good for cats to crunch things.”

“This was ordered by accident - I don't quite know how 10kg of senior food ended up in my basket as I was ordering a small bag of kitten food. I notifyed Scrumbels within 2 mins of it going through, but it still arrived and then I had to send it back at my own cost as they refused to help. Terrible customer service, unfortunate as I have two kittens and two dogs and was buying a sample to see how they liked it, I could have been a lifelong customer if they had bothered to handle my issue correctly.”
