“I have not yet received my order, which is why I have only given Scrumbles one stars, which is for the cat food not the service. Order placed, received a link saying it would be delivered the next day, but the courier has never received the parcel. No response from Scrumbles to emails I have sent asking where the order is. So I'm completely dissatisfied and about to run out of cat food.”
