“I have this system on my 2015 RS7 coupled with the sports cat downpipes and I absolutely love it. Initially I had the non resonated cat back on its own, however when we added the downpipes I opted to add the central resonator so not to annoy my neighbours too much in the morning. The sound is the perfect balance of deep thunder with a small rasp and the overrun burbles are also snappy and enhanced. It really develops the V8 sound making it more sound much more powerful but not tacky and "boy racer". I particularly like the attention to detail on the back section of the rear box. When I have seen other RS's with performance exhausts the tailpipes and rear exhaust box are clearly visible when driving behind them, this detracts from the bog RS oval tailpipes and looks cheap, the fact that someone took the time to notice this and ceramic coat the back box shows that the designer really knew these cars and cared about the end product, not just in terms of the sound but the end finished look too. I have not seen this on any other systems. I also opted for the carbon fibre tips, mine were looking a little tired, the carbon ones are direct replacements so screw into the original mountings the carbon gives the high end look and the logo gives that little bit of naughtiness and hints that this vehicle may not be standard. Moreover, because the tips are separate to the exhaust itself they can be fitted by themselves for those wanting to upgrade just their tips or with the system to get the sound and performance too.”
