The parcel arrived late. Having followed its route with DHL, I noted that it was initially shipped from the UK to Paris, then onwards to Nantes, in our region. Then it was shipped back to Paris and then onto Belgium, before being returned to Paris and Nantes, to final delivery.
The cap arrived very creased (no internal paper packing inside to retain its shape). Finally, although it was the correct size, I found the overall shape too bulbous at the front, and the tweed material was quite thin. Did not feel like a quality cap (compared with my Stetson brand tweed caps, for instance.
Sorry, but too many issues not to return the item, and I had to pay 13 euros to do so, so not a decision taken lightly.”
