“This is a lovely pashmina. Well made and soft. It is the perfect colour to go with my dress and it feels lovely on! A little expensive to buy loads of colours, but would certainly buy again for a special occasion. Thank you!”

“The Pashmina is beautiful, however, I am extremely disappointed that after having purchased three of these in December, I was not offered any discount whatsoever on any of my subsequent four purchases, each again at £30 each, so unfortunately it does not encourage me to place any further orders. Customer retention and satisfaction is essential to the success of any business. It's a shame this is not recognised or understood and that any repeat business or multiple purchases of expensive goods is not rewarded with any incentive at all to return, however small. The only discounts offered seem to be for the least expensive items. Such a shame and hence the 3 stars.”
