Dear Anne We are sorry to hear this. The item was sent out as advised on 12/3 using first class post. We have a Royal Mail proof of postage confirming this. Unfortunately, the first we knew of any problem was when we saw your review this morning! We are sending out a replacement today (first class) which should be with you in the next few days and shall separately recover from the Royal Mail for a lost item. I really hope this helps.
